How to Pay
Choose one of our homestay levels of accommodation
Indicate the homestay level of accommodation you require when you fill in the application form.
When you have decided on your homestay we will send you an invoice. Payment should reach us fourteen days before the commencement of the accommodation.
For your convenience, you are only required to pay the full amount if you are staying eight weeks or less.
For longer stays, you are only required to pay the booking and administration fee and the accommodation deposit together with the first four weeks accommodation fees. Subsequent accommodation fees should then be paid four weeks in advance.
Please note that the accommodation deposit is refundable at the end of your stay providing no damages have occured.
Payment Options
Option 1: Bank Transfers
This is by far the easiest method of payment. This can be done from most local banks in your country. Simply have the money transferred to the following account:

Please remember it is very important to include the Bank Transfer Fee and the Administration Fee. See homestay prices.
Option 2: International Money Order
This can be obtained at your local bank and should be made out to Leeds Homestay Services. Please make sure that you have added up the total amount, including all the fees. Simply attach it to the application form and send it to Leeds Homestay Services.
Option 3: Cheque
Payment can be made by £ sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank and made payable to Leeds Homestay Services.
Bookings can only be guaranteed after we receive payment.
